In our Hiring & Integration program, we lead your candidate through a series of assessments and a two-hour interview meeting. Then, we develop a tailored review on your candidate, which will include:
1. Your candidate’s Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality.
This section captures your candidate’s natural wiring and work style. We can also optionally compare your candidate to your team’s pre-existing members to highlight synergies.
2. Insights around your candidate’s Emotional Intelligence.
This section assesses your candidate’s strengths and potential blind spots or areas of derailment.
3. Coach-developed insights on integration and onboarding.
How to best bring your candidate smoothly into their role and set them up for success.
4. A summary of job-fit.
Based on your candidate’s Myers-Briggs and Emotional Intelligence reports.

Ryan's story
1st Principle Leadership founder Ryan Bailey built a successful organizational effectiveness company (LIROS Group) and a flourishing Christian counseling practice (1st Principle Group), but at a cost. Unfortunately, not until both businesses were well established did Ryan see how much good he had sacrificed along the way. He had given up his health, time with his family, true fellowship, and other essentials.
1st Principle Leadership (1PL) was built to help other Christian heads of companies prevent and correct the mistakes Ryan made. Rooted in the teaching in Colossians that, as followers of Jesus Christ, “He is to be our First Principle,” we seek to live in congruence with Christ and empower others to live in accordance with this truth, not only propelling themselves, their families, and their businesses forward but also advancing the Kingdom.
